Welcome! I'm thrilled to have you here.

I’m a proud mom of two energetic boys, aged 6 and 9, and we call Medellin, Colombia our home but I was born and raised in St. Louis, MO.

When I'm not busy with my children, you’ll often find me soaking up the vibrant atmosphere at local festivals or savoring delicious meals at our city’s fantastic restaurants – I have a serious love for great food!

We live in "the city of eternal spring" we love to be outside taking walks, going to local parks, and doing anything that allows us to soak up the sun!

I am a visibility and media coach and who helps individuals step into their power and become strategically positioned across media platforms.

In addition, I am an Alopecia Advocate that supports women with hair loss through coaching, support, and the Bougie Baldie Podcast and TV show.

My journey started with hair loss—an experience that challenged my identity, confidence, and how I showed up in the world.

But instead of hiding, I made a decision.

I showed up anyway.

Through that journey, I discovered something powerful:
